Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ¿ä¾ç º´¿ø °£È£»çÀÇ °¨¼ºÁö´É, Á÷¹«½ºÆ®·¹½º ´ëó ±×¸®°í Á¶Á÷»çȸȭ°¡ ȸº¹Åº·Â¼º¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ÆľÇÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸´ë»óÀÚ´Â B±¤¿ª½Ã¿¡ ¼ÒÀç ÇÑ 8°³ ¿ä¾çº´¿ø °£È£»ç 153¸íÀ̾úÀ¸¸ç, ÀÚ·á¼öÁý ±â°£Àº 2019³â 2¿ù 1ÀϺÎÅÍ 15ÀϱîÁö¿´´Ù. ¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS/WIN 23.0 programÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© t-°ËÁ¤(t-test), ºÐ»êºÐ¼®(ANOVA), Scheffe test, ÇǾ »ó°ü°è¼ö(Pearson correlation coefficients), ´Ü°èÀû ȸ±ÍºÐ¼®(stepwise regression)À¸·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ È¸º¹Åº·Â¼º¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº ½ºÆ®·¹½º ´ëóÀÇ ±àÁ¤Àû °üÁ¡(¥â=.29, p<0.001), °£È£»ç µ¿±âÀÇ ±âŸ(¥â=.16, p=.006), °¨¼º Áö´É(¥â=.38, p<0.001), Á¶Á÷ »çȸȭ(¥â=.17, p=.009), ½ºÆ®·¹½º ´ëóÀÇ ±äÀåÇؼÒ(¥â= .14, p=.023)·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÀÌµé º¯¼öµéÀÇ È¸º¹Åº·Â¼º¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÃÑ ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 54%À̾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: ¿ä¾çº´¿ø °£È£»çÀÇ È¸º¹Åº·Â¼ºÀ» ÁõÁø½ÃÅ°±â À§Çؼ­ Áö¼ÓÀûÀÎ °¨¼ºÁö´É¿¡ °üÇÑ ±³À°ÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ°í ½ºÆ®·¹½º ´ëó¸¦ À§Çؼ­ ½ºÆ®·¹½º¿¡ ´ëÇØ ±äÀåÇÏÁö ¾Ê°í Æí¾ÈÇÏ°Ô ´ëÀÀÇÏ°í ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ±àÁ¤ÀûÀÎ ºÐÀ§±â¸¦ ¸¶·ÃÇØ¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the resilience of emotional intelligence, job stress coping, and organizational socialization of nurses working in long-term care hospitals.

Methods: The participants were 153 nurses working in 8 long-term care hospitals in B city. Data were collected from February. 1 to Feb. 15, 2019 SPSS/WIN 23.0 was used for analysis with t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise regression.

Results: Factors influencing resilience in the participants were emotional intelligence (¥â = .38, p <.001), coping behavior-focusing on the positive (¥â=.29, p<.001), nurse motivation (¥â=.16, p=.006), organizational socialization (¥â=.17, p=.009), coping behavior-tension reduction (¥â=.14, p=.023). These factors contributed 54% of the total variance in resilience.

Conclusion: It is necessary to study emotional intelligence and hospital nurses¡¯ coping with job stress while carrying out highly emotional activities on the job and to develop a program that can enhance the resilience of the nurses to improve psychological wellbeing and verify the effects.
